So I have recently I got the time to write my June reflections in my planner. Usually I do so at the end of the month but things were a bit busy there. Anyway I managed to write that on today and I realized... There's a lot of good nuggets of wisdom in there.

A lot goes on during our months and even our years that need reflecting upon. Going over what we could learn in those situations and in those times could be beneficial to us in the future. Reflecting weekly is also good idea.

It's also important to fill your mind with things that teach you something. Not just teach you academically but also that teaches you life importance. Things that teach you where you can fill your day with meaningful activity or where you can improve your communication skills. Things that teach you whether or not somebody is abusing your loyalty.

I found such places on Instagram and YouTube. I found such places in books.

Keep finding places because turns out there are many more people going through what you're going through. Whatever you need assistance in there's always somebody or something out there that's going to teach you about it.

Even reflecting on your own week, month, or year can have a good impact. Getting all of your thoughts out onto paper or having dreams is a good way to reflect on what is going on. Don't mean to mention that everything is a life lesson but it is.

Let yourself be free to reflect on such things. Be free to reflect on what's going on in your life currently and what can be done to improve it. If you find it impossible to find ways to improve it then reflect on that and why you think that it is impossible to improve. Reflect on your current situation your, previous situation, and possible future situations.

It's not a good idea to get anxiety about it sometimes overthinking pays. Sometimes it's easier to help yourself learn things. To set good intentions.

Is there anything you would like to reflect on?

When was the last time you checked in on yourself?

How often do you check in with yourself?

Do you think checking in with yourself is beneficial thing?

Have you recently learned anything from checking with yourself?
